I believe that’s correct except the Nov 2023 vote will likely be a “general election” since some state constitution questions are projected to be on the ballot. ‘lightman’ will have better knowledge on this than I have.
And don’t forget, of course, the ‘RAT Governor will make a temporary appointment to fill the seat until the election.
That’s how I understand it. I am in Pa. We could have both Senators up for election next year. No way Fetterman can carry out his duties.
