Actually, baldness is a kind of disability. It can be argued that going bald can adversely affect a mans ability to progress socially, personally, and economically compared to normal men who have not become disabled by alopecia. So, if the earlier posted photo is of the councilman in question we must insist that he lead by example and lessen his community’s burden of having a handicapped councilman and resign the position and then commit seppuku, or just fall on his own sword.

Baldness - great example! I use being born with a club foot (me) as an example. I’m sure if it could have been diagnosed in the womb (perhaps today it can be), lots of parents would have aborted me.

Lots of work by my parents, operations, and I guess I didn’t like all of that as a baby - but it turned out (literally!) okay. Even excelled in a High School sport.
