So what does a seasoned attorney do? He trades a civil suit which is defensible to avoid a financial investigation and decides to kill his family for a double homicide investigation, which he knew without any doubt he would be considered the prime suspect and every aspect of his life would be revealed. NO WAY.

So you believe in the Jodie Arias defense: It was three Ninjas that showed up and killed them because they hated our good looks and wealth. They left me alone because I am so good looking.

People, messed up in the mind, sometimes murder others thinking it will solve a perceived problem. Man can do evil things.

Well, somebody killed them, and to this point, I haven't heard an alternate theory of the crime.

Other than, of course, the "threats" made against his son, a defendant and probable witness in the boat case, so witness tampering and intimidation. And this "seasoned attornet," an agent of the court, does nothing? BS.
