Georgia Grand Jury Foreperson: “I kind of wanted to subpoena the former president because I got to swear everybody in...that would be an awesome moment.”

She thinks it’s funny

Would it be funny if she was found attached to a stake and well done?

I don’t agree. With the number of laws on the books, every one of us commits multiple crimes a day. The reason they are never prosecuted is because the prosecutors know they would never be able to get a conviction from a jury that also commits multiple crimes a day. A computer program that cannot take lived experience into account will only use the law as written and the facts of the case.

Fair point. But perhaps part of the answer is to get rid of most of our laws. Government is oppressive.

This is why women were kept out of politics for so long. Too many fruitcakes.

Watch her interview, she absolutely has demonic entities within her just like Peter Strzok.

This is what demon possession looks like. Its not as hollywood portrays it, but rather more subtle to the general public but blatantly obvious to a Christian.

“Did you really think we want those laws observed?” said Dr. Ferris. “We want them to be broken. You’d better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against... We’re after power and we mean it... There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that’s the system, Mr. Reardon, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”

-Ayn Rand

The reason they are never prosecuted is because the prosecutors know they would never be able to get a conviction from a jury that also commits multiple crimes a day.

The reason they are rarely prosecuted is that they were not intended to be enforced against the compliant sheep in the general public - but against challengers who threaten the established order.

They want a jury of morons.

Depends upon who "they" are.

I have served on two separate petit juries; in both cases, my science & engineering degrees were fully disclosed to the court. Nobody seemed to care one way or another.

There ARE rules about lying about being unbiased.

There are also rules about members of the Grand Jury giving interviews to the media and discussing details about an ongoing investigation.

You don't think they are stupid enough to bring Trump to trial, with discovery and cross-examination?

Well our experiences differ. The case in particular involved a lot of forensic accounting, embezzlement. The next most qualified person in the jury pool was a 26 year old accounting clerk. She was selected.

Really. They both have that sinister eye roll — eyes roll up while head is bent slightly downward. Beyond creepy.

Agree, and I’ve always thought the same about Michigan’s illegitimate governor Witch’mer. Hoping that one day soon it will be revealed that she is in fact a practicing witch.

Georgia still has around 50% sane potential jurors and there is a good chance this case is going nowhere. Compare the DC (90% or more votes foe commies) judge and jury which convicted Roger Stone in spite of the the jury forewoman failing to report anti-Trump posts.

I always wondered if Stone's lawyers asked for a change of venue. Maybe they knew that would be futile.
