Yah, the only way James is coming back is to buy up the corporate name at the bankruptcy auction, maybe. And to pick up some letterhead to use for TP.
Clock is ticking on financial drain. If half their funding is gone...there has to be a manpower/board cut coming by early summer. I would suspect a list is already being created on people to let go.
They might have the funding to carry on ‘something’ for the remainder of 2023.
But like you suggest....there’s probably a bankruptcy episode brewing, and someone will buy the ‘brand’. Wouldn’t shock me if a liberal foundation tries to buy it, and Elon sweeps in to take it at the last minute.
