If DeSantis ran for VP, the voters in FL can only vote for one of them.
This is not an issue. Dick Cheney very quickly (as in a month or two) established residency in another state other than Texas when W chose him to be VP. If Trump wants to chose DeSantis, he can do the same. There was no constitutional issue with it when Cheney did it.
