Long term, China wants Russia’s oil.
China could supply arms and men. Move them west on Russia’s rail system. (no derailments there). Then make a deal for Russia’s oil and nat gas. Russia gets a new buyer and China gets a new supplier.
I would bet that this plan is in the works.
And Russia has a yen for Chinese money
China is proping them up by buying their oil, though at a discount.
Iran is in the mix too.
Don’t forget the Biblical connection.
It’s about Israel in the long run.
