Us Constitution: Amendment the 6th:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

It really sounds like they January 6ers are being held without being convicted. Illegal aliens are released on personal recognizance, but not these US citizens?

“while the rest are waiting for their trials” in Feb., 2023.💤

That BS in our corrupt system of pseudo-justice 💩 means to not allow the defense time for witnesses to reach the courtroom or exculpatory evidence to be released from another jurisdiction.
NOT to honor the Founding Fathers’ protections of our rights.🤬
