The attack on Moscow means the immediate strike on Washington, New York and so on. It means full scale war. And generals of strategic forces will do it under standing order.

You should know how it works.
When Russian early warning system picks up a signal of starting of any missiles toward Russia at this moment Russia strategic missiles start too.
It working this way because it is needed to start Russian missiles ASAP and BEFORE any approaching missiles strike any targets in Russia. It prevents a so called “disarming strikes”.
So even when you are STARTING any missile toward Moscow you must say good bye to your own towns. So before your missiles will reach their targets you will see flying Russian missiles going to your direction.
The nuclear forces are on constant alert now. They are prepared to strike any time.
Their will be no calls and no hesitations because they need to put their missiles into air BEFORE the first strike reaches Russia.
