Crimes against humanity?

Isn’t that like, the normal state of things now?

Crimes against humanity depend upon the beholder, and most that know of those crimes, have come to accept them as normal. So, when is a crime not a crime anymore? Our blue states and blue cities can attest to the fact that, a lot of crimes are not crimes any more, since, they are either ignored or go unpunished.

Same with war crimes and international crimes.
