Thanks for the link...I was a bit puzzled when he was talking about the Buffalo crash back in 2009 and I was reading the document they were scrolling through, and saw the phrase “failure to adhere to a sterile cockpit procedure” and I had no idea what that meant.
I an aviation buff (and former jet mechanic in another life) so I was well versed and interested in accident investigations and analysis, so I intuited accurately what it meant, but had to look it up.
It just gave me pause for a few seconds...
