I hope that was a misprint. $400 million is just a bit off.

”Now will the pictures ever be released.”

One of the objects was reported to be at 20,000 feet. What fighter pilot shoots down such an object without flying next to it to take a picture from about 100 foot distance?

Idiots have been known to tie helium balloons to lawn chairs in order to take a ride. Does one simply murder the idiot without checking?

The idea that our military shot down this object without pictures is preposterous.

That White House press secretary looks like an alien in that photo.

My conspiracy theory is that Hunter Biden has sold the privilege to surveil the U.S. to China. Only objects that are detected in flight are shot down. The others are ignored. In at least one case the surveillance was allowed to continue until the mission was completed.

***********

Agreed. And the idea that our so called representatives won’t demand to see pictures is equally absurd. These objects violated our airspace, were shot down at great cost to the taxpayer, and yet we have no right to even see pictures of the objects is something that should be deemed totally unacceptable by our politicians.

Some senator should demand that the pictures — all of them — be on his desk before close of business today.

The administration is hiding something and we have a right to know what it is. The ongoing lack of accountability is destroying the republic. This would be a good point to turn that around and demand transparency.

“ They’ve either got it already or they don’t want it found.‘

I think they knew what these were all along and they shot them down over water because they don’t want them found.

They’re around $500,000.

That's what I've heard in a half dozen earlier responses.

"The idea that our military shot down this object without pictures is preposterous."

I haven't read most of the thread but images from the F-16 "sniper" pods reportedly are classified, unless specially processed to lower resolution and other indications of the imager's exact capabilities.

True. And much like the technology used to build the pyramids, it has been lost to time. Beside it would cut into funding pronouns indoctrination in our mostly peaceful military.

“One cannot find what government does not want found”

I remember the “There is no evidence that the COVID vaccines cause injury of any kind”

Evidence requires effort, and well, that’s not the forte of government.
