The same people who tell us increased funding of a government program (but not as much as they requested) is a cut in funding, now tell us that an increase in inflation (but not as much of an increase as before) is a reduction in inflation.
Makes sense to me! /s

Kroger had little yellow “bargain” signs on all the egg packages. $19.95 to $18.50 and another (a dozen) $5.99 to $5.45
Not one customer. Me, neither. Maybe we were all too excited about those low prices and had to calm ourselves down before continuing to shop. š

Sniffer will dance a jig, because, food prices are not 3 times what they were when he assumed whatever it is he is.

He is one lying bass turd. How in the hell would that azho know the cost of food? The most he’s ever spent on a food product was buying an ice cream cone. I doubt the pedo maggot has ever gone shopping a day in his life. Worthless POS.

That’s funny, I went to the store today picked up some stuff and the eggs were the same price as they were last week so that’s a lie, there was no coffee of the brand that I buy which was odd but they DID have coffee filters for my coffee gizmo which is also odd.

I don’t remember a lot of prices month to month, but a couple I do recall at Walmart over the past six or so months.
Ritz crackers, box of four sleeves: $2.50 for years. Has gone from $2.50 to $3.38 to $3.88. 55% increase.
Loaf of their Italian bread. $1.00 for years. Now $1.47.
47% increase.
Many other items with similar increases, and I won’t even mention eggs.

So stick with me here.
The old prices on the shelf have to be removed so that the newer, higher prices can be displayed.
The act of taking down the old prices can accurately be described as “prices coming down” off of the shelves.
So, you see? In typical demon-rat Clinton-speak he’s telling the truth!

I am not aware of a single item that has gone down in price. For my own buying, everything is continuing to go up.
