There is a word for them all: parasites.
They want all the benefits from living in an organized, rules based society but want none of the hard obligations for doing what is needed to make it work. The ironic thing is that, even in the imagined “paradises” of their idealized communist/socialist society, their attitudes would soon have them being labeled as troublemakers and candidates for the work camps, prison, or worse.
