Thanks. I’m not 100% positive either, but I think once they get the Emergency Use Authorization, they are covered for four years. But to get the EUA, there can’t be any approved therapeutics, which is why they wouldn’t approve any prior to the EUA.

Thanks I believe research chemical bnt162b2 came into existence here in the US as biontech under eua with that liability blanket of security, and was forced into a legal split for billing and protection purposes over in Europe to be dispensed as comirnity (who knows if the “labeling issues” have been fixed here yet.) Right now for some reason (tons of biontech stock that needs to be used before it expires), they have to draw attention to all of this in the worst way by adding it to the kiddie list.
