That goes well beyond “The Harper Valley PTA...”
The illustrations above are from a book supposedly for teenagers called, “Let’s Talk About It.” It said gay sex was okay and suggested ways to engage in it. One-night stands were okay, too. The whole range of sexual behavior was promoted and discussed in detail, the implication being that everything was completely normal and acceptable.
It was just added to children’s collection (for education majors to peruse) in the library of the university where I work. This trash was given the subject sub-classification of “juvenile literature.” My co-worker said it should have been classed as smut.
