McCarthy needs to sign a whole bunch of Arrest and Detainment WARRANTS, then the committee chair orders the Sargeant at Arms to take them into custody for CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS, and put them in the Congressional Jail, No Visitors, Solitary confinement and the only person they ever see is their jailer. Recess the Committee for 90 days so they have a chance to recollect their memories then bring them back in for testimony in Orange Jumpsuits Shackles and Leg Irons.
