“ conservatives can do a better job of getting us toward that goal than any Democrat”
Has a nice flow. But no sale. Republicans are democrats or uniparty, same thing?
, until proven otherwisr
You think anyone would think trump is passive aggressive?
I am with you. I’m a Trump supporter. However there is a very real chance DeSantis could win the nomination. While I think Trump is the better option, a DeSantis win would by no means be disastrous, and he would have my full support in the general election.
There’s nothing wrong with contested primaries, but we have to remember the real goal is beating Biden (or whatever other crazy lefty the Dems throw at us if they manage to get rid of Sleepy Joe). Trashing viable nominees does not help achieve the real goal. By all means, make a positive case for Trump, but do so without slinging mud at other primary election candidates.
what a dope
Ad hominem
You would do well to step away from the mob. Consider what’s going on here.
Well if you’re ready to admit things have gotten weird, might as well start considering the possibility he’s been a trojan horse all along. Oh sure he talked a good game, but look how much worse off we are now. He definitely helped the economy, but that helped the Democrats too. His appointments were all deep state. He had good grass roots people sitting in their hands trusting in Q. Set the huge presidents for lockdowns and fast track vaccines. And his main objective of building a a wall only led to a huge tidal wave of people coming across the border. If I sound sour, I am, on this subject.
Well, I see it more as “Whatever doesn’t kill you, only makes you stronger.”
And since Trump didn’t kill the Deep State, they’ve only emerged stronger than ever.
I apologize, I should say your point is dopey.
He will not beat Desantis in Florida regardless. At this point all he is going to do is siphon off enough of the republican vote to ensure a second term for Biden. I have no doubt his ego will push him to run 3rd party if he doesn’t get the nomination. Even if he gets it he has alienated enough of the conservative and independent vote that I doubt he is electable
Except Trump wasn’t trying to kill them, he was injecting them with steroids by putting people like Wray in place, who can use the fact that Trump appointed him as cover for his mission to this day. He never issued one executive order trying to reel them in, or offered one legislative idea to restrict the deep state to Congress. Kept signing Omnibus’s into law with their fat growing budgets. Trump’s very first agency to visit was the CIA after he became President. Should have been the DoD.
Well I won’t be that cynical.
More like Trump just didn’t have a lot to work with.
DeSantis... gliding above the nastiness... good man.
“Trump attacking DeSantis is not a good move for him.”
A truly imbecilic comment.
I’ll admit I’ve gotten more anti-trump the more I look back carefully at what went on, but the rabbit hole runs deep.
Agree.
Trump always has a reason for everything he does.
The fact you and other neocon warmongers on this platform are supporting DeSantis almost puts me solidly in Trump’s camp.... almost.
What difference does it make where someone lives ?
The ENTIRE GOP Betrayed President Trump and MAGA when they allowed the steal in 2020, when they went along with the Russia Collusion Hoax and when they aided the coverup of the Hunter Biden Laptop. Where were you on those subjects Ron?. EXACTLY HOW MUCH GOOD WILL DOES THE GOP THINK IT CAN LEVERAGE? Better WTFU!
Figures. You don’t have an intelligent statement so you deflect. So typical of you.
