If you listen to the actual video, and his actual statement, he simply says the sea levels are rising, and flooding is increasing. He says some say that is due to humans, some say it’s not, and he doesn’t really know the answer to that but you’d be a fool to not to consider it (rising sea levels and flooding) as an issue we need to address.

He was talking about climate change overall, not just rising sea levels in Florida, which some people on this thread who live in Florida say it isn’t happening.
