This story has twisted and turned so many times that the people trying to manage this crisis are now founding themselves arguing against each other as they try to protect their clients. Seems like it’s now Hunter against the FBI, the computer repair guy, and the intelligence “experts” as they try to suppress the contents of the laptop.

If Hunter really was drunk and high, then he couldn’t have lawfully consented to the contract with Isaac, and then Isaac could be in trouble for disseminating the contents of the laptop. So maybe he shouldn’t be telling that part of the story...
