So, if this is accurate what we have here is an Activist, Leftist Judge, who is supportive of the invasion of our country imposing his politics into this and punishing a man well within Arizona Law by illegally incarcerating him. Albeit temporarily, if the above-stated Arizona Law is true.
Leftist, activist judges are the bane of current American society. Lawless Leftist judges are and have been a serious problem that must be addressed.
