All the reasons that whites move, either out of the city (white flight) or back to the city (making ethnic neighborhoods not so ethnic) are BAD.

All the reasons blacks move, either out of the city (cost of living) or to back to the city (more ethnic) is reasonable and understandable.

In other words, whites always suck.
