Take a guess about Ebony Parker, the asst. principal that protected the kid and allowed this to happen.
Could be bipolar, or simple complex seizures, or the results of brain trauma or disease ,drug use, Kid needs a complete Neuro and medical exam. Sounds like someone with early onset mental disorder. Supposedly schizophrenia at his age is very rare. Either way, he is dangerous to others.If he is let alone he will either harm himself or continue to harm others till someone does something drastic about it.
One was thinking something probably about like that.
Many years ago I subbed for Grades K-5 in a large city school district.
One day, subbing for a 5th grade class, I was leading them in from the schoolyard when there was a tremendous commotion in the front of the line. A boy picked up a large desk upon entering the classroom and threw it across the room, barely missing a girl he was aiming at. Pandemonium ensued.
I found out this was the last straw for that disturbed boy. Expelled from the district. I always wondered what happened to him.
Well, I fat thumbed the format on that.

Assuming the child has an IEP, the admin is totally helpless to do anything about him.
Someone I know teaches a first grade class with 2 such sociopathic hoodlums in it. Whenever either one feels like it they can shut the class down by acting up. One of them starts making animal noises and thrashes about and throws stuff - quite similar to the Biblical descriptions of how the demon possessed act.
And there’s a third little boy in the class who, when crossed by anyone, simply lays down on the floor and refuses to budge. Nobody is allowed to touch him for fear of a lawsuit, so picture the spectacle of all of the admin in the school down on the floor pleading with this one little 6 year old to please get up. In my day he would have been snatched up by the hair and dragged to the office for further corporal punishment.
So how much actual education is taking place in that classroom?
It’s just nuts.... “we know about him...”.

A teacher CAN restrain a child if they are a danger to themselves, staff or other students.
How can a 6 year old choke an adult?
You have to ask yourself what kind of family environment this kid lives in. The whole scenario is horrifying but also fascinating. This kid must be either abused or totally unsupervised at home.
