That’s where all my German comes from, and I’m sure my spelling was all wrong. lol.
Just kidding! I speak German with a heavy rural Austrian accent (it’s a long story), and everyone makes fun of it. There’s a puppet character in Germany called Kasperle, and he has a sidekick called Seppel who is your average country bumpkin. So my high-German-speaking friends call me Seppel.
