Exactly, they tracked the invading craft and knew its path when it was still over water and didn’t do a damn thing to bring it down. If it has real-time transmission of data, that data is now in the hands of the Commies. They still need to take it down by plotting its exit path, setting up retrieval vessels off the East Coast on the water under the projected path, and then shoot it down.
