BREAKING: Explosion Reported in Skies Over Montana [VIDEO]

There have been unconfirmed reports of an explosion in the skies over Billings, Mont., where a Chinese spy balloon had been hovering for several days. Although there have not been any official reports, there is speculation (not unfounded) that the U.S. military shot down the balloon, the payload of which is the size of two to three school buses; the payload is dwarfed by the size of the balloon.

I heard previously the baloon was now over Kansas. Hoping we didn't shoot down a UFO by mistake. This could cause an interstellar incident. 😉

The next thing is the military showing up full force.

The balloon will go where the upper altitude winds take it but it certainly won’t “hover for several days” as reported in this article.

Did you see the video? Wtf was that? Someone said it resembled Challenger explosion. It was that substantial.

According to the military it has the ability to maneuver. I don’t claim to know to know what mechanism it uses to do that. This part is strange.

There are at least two balloons over the US, last I heard, with one of them possibly shot down. there has been an additional one spotted over Latin America somewhere.

Do you know the height of the baloon? Maybe the baloon is so high it is above the jet stream. How much wind is there at 100,000 feet?

The video shows nothing but a typical jet contrail. I think nothing actually happened.
