Neither do Mexican-origin Hispanics and blacks. A lot of blacks were ethnically cleansed from Los Angeles neighborhoods in the 1990s. Not something that the LA Times spent a lot of time reporting, but it happened. There have been articles about it posted here, which is how I know about it.
