Your health insurance provider can come pretty close to that.
Health Insurance providers get a Bill and a coding.. they can request a further audit or justification but they aren’t going through or have copies of your medical records.
The other FACT about EHR’s is that the big players were all originally built with the primary purpose to JUSTIFY a bill... they weren’t designed from the ground up to be what they have become.. but that’s another discussion.
And I have already conceded the point that MEDICARE gets this, and thats about as close as you can get in another post here..> But no, they don’t get a copy of your medical records.
