Those are the people that are most exploited for ballot harvesting, often without their knowledge.
In Illinois LP, Green, Harold Washington. Others are the most exploited.
In the primary we can see how LP voters in 1998 had their votes shifted to the primary favorite of the ruling establishment in both R and D run counties.
That can be seen in general elections, but with less proof. A precinct has 11 LP die hards out of 1,000 voters n a precinct. Yet for the race where LP types are known to most oppose all main party candidates the LP only gets 1 or 2 of the 10 die hards and zero of the 30 soft LP in the district..
And of course the LP is oblivious to this. They are about ideology. Not about winning. Many Trumpers are like the LP. They are not about winning, they are about releasing frustration.
