The authors of a book arguing for slavery reparations have demanded that the federal government should fork out an eye-watering $14 TRILLION to the cause.
Duke University professor William A. Darity and writer A. Kirsten Mullen called for the mammoth reparations payout as they argued that the federal government is 'culpable for slavery.'

Not one black person born in the United States in the last 158 years was a slave.
Not one person of ANY color born in the United States in the last 158 years has legally “owned” a slave.
To whom are reparations owed?
As an interesting aside, the very FIRST slave “owner” in North America was a black man named Anthony Johnson.
Like the Federal government didn’t fight a bloody Civil War to end it.
Leeches.
Don’t owe them a penny.
But realize that “reparations” are really about race grievance pimps getting a payday from the people they keep angrier and unhappier than they would otherwise be.
It’s a con, has always been a con, will always be a con.
I and my wife were both born and raised in California. Both were first Gen Americans. I, Greek parents. My wife, Filipino parents.
We met at University. We attended UCSD. She an Accounting major. Me a EE student. We left California 20 years ago. Moved to Florida. Left behind family and friends.
Back then our family and friends told us we were overreacting! Today they ask us How did you Know?
“Well, you are all really ‘super’ people, but I’m gonna say, no.”
Certainly don’t agree with the talk of reparations for blacks, browns, whites, yellows, reds or you name it...But if it serves to alienate and piss off the productive elements of society, let it rip.

Who pays the families of the men and women who dies to FREE the slaves.
Also, there is slavery today. Funny how those so adverse to slavery do not want to help slaves today.
Both of those ‘Professors’ look like clowns.
This pandora’s box called reparations may take a lot of the wind out of Gov. Newsome’s presidential campaign before that even get’s started. Impractical, implausible and profoundly divisive.
That’s the real intent. Ivectried telling blacks that reparations will make them hated far worse than theirbancestors, but they are too busy counting their loot to pay mind.
These clowns can take their “reparations” and shove em right, straight up their gay little arses....sideways. Then, go ESAD....the sooner, the better.
We should give em reparations, alright....EXACTLY what was taken from em: a spear, a loincloth and a slow, one-way boat trip back to the motherland....NEVER to return.

It isn't going to stop until we start reminding them that it was Americans who began the abolitionist movement and the Empire who basically forced us into keeping slavery around.
It probably won't even stop then, but at least they'll get a little more consistent if they start to demand reparations from Great Britain for those inconvenient 157 years.
