Only terrible punishment can discourage it.
The law is already there. They have committed murder and must be executed. That is the law already.
Unfortunately he’s right. What’s the saying? “Haters gonna hate?” Evil will always evil, so to speak.
It’s a broader problem with culture overall and black culture in particular - a devaluation of life. Boys raised without fathers don’t understand what self-control is, let alone how to exercise it, and fatherlessness is growing in broader culture. Even our fictional heroes are no longer exhibiting the qualities that most of us women want in our men, because the men writing for those characters don’t believe in those qualities as good or simply don’t have them.
It’s a serious problem when fatherless boys don’t even have fiction to teach them morals as it once used to, even as a supplement to real life role models.
It seems like men and boys will ultimately wind up, primarily, in two groups: Violent ferals and effeminate cowards, with a small middle minority.

Correct! For example, Liberals think passing gun laws can stop crime. Guns don’t commit crimes, evil people commit crimes, guns, knives, fists, hands, hammers, whatever “tools” are available to them.
The carnage won’t stop. Just the weapons will change.
Not to say that new gun laws would prevent criminals from getting guns, no it wouldn’t. Just the price would go up. So criminals would have to commit MORE crimes (increase their income) to be able to acquire these guns, while law abiding citizens would be denied their full 2nd amendment rights.
No laws can stop ANY evil, more accurately.

The problem and the solution are one and the same. The problem is the voters that keep electing the same morons that establish the chain of command that allows these type of people to thrive and flourish.
The solution is for the voters to elect people that will change things.

Over the years many have suggested to city mayors that black police should patrol black neighborhoods and white police should patrol white neighborhoods.

Reasons:
The first officers to complain and claim discrimination are black. “Say what?” You want me to work in high crime hoods and whitey police work in white neighborhoods where nothing happens?”
And Police union rules.
The only way that gets resolved is when cities like Memphis are or become majority black.White officers have the fled those cities in droves, which causes such cities to lower police hiring standards to try and find warm bodies to work there.

I disagree. These 5 killers are the product of AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. Before they were born AF took hold. Need a C instead of an F, no problem the NEA said. Women can’t lift a hundred pound ladder, no problem, said the City Council’s, we’ll drop that weight to 50 lbs. Need more black football players on your team so Liberals in the stands can feel good, no problem, we’ll create a degree program for football players complete with lego sets and toy blocks. Need a black general that speak clearly, why we have ole Colin Powell over here just panting for a promotion. The list of moronic laws accommodating blacks and women is bound to be in the tens of thousands nation wide.
Jordan is right that “no law” can fight this evil but a whole series of stupid laws over 40 years is what created these five black killers. Every step of the way in their life they’ve been handed a pass..................when they needed one!

This explains it to some extent. Still, much of what happened in this case is incomprehensible.

He’s right, no law can stop pure evil. Laws are made so that justice is served when such evil is committed.
