We are witnessing in real time the communist "long march through the institutions" as laid down by Rudi Dutschke around 1967 to describe his strategy for establishing the conditions for revolution: subverting capitalist domination of society by entering institutions such as the professions, education, government, and companies. We've been sleepwalking through all this, asleep at the switch. Some of us saw it, but whenever we raised the alarm, we heard nothing but cries of "Racist! Conspiracy theorist! Intolerant! Denier!"
People are waking up, but the deep entrenchment of the new approach of "equity" means it may be too late to save us.
I am so impressed that DeSantis is going after woke and equity. Trump tried to "drain the swamp" which was a noble ideal, but he missed the bigger picture of the threat of woke and equity. Say what you will about DeSantis, but he is a fighter and taking the battle to the real enemy.
