Looks like a street cam. We have those in my city. Very good cameras.

Sky cops are all around the city. It has a camera and gunshot detector. Probably can triangulate cell phones too.

Who shot the Video 2 is from a pole camera? Whoever owns that camera, it buried these cops.
Omni directional residential camera?
