Even if that’s true so what? The European union was Europe attempt to recreate the roman empire. Why is it our business when people in other parts of the world do that concern their sovereignty (or lack thereof) and their future. You seem to have this idea that the United States of America has both responsibility and the right to dictate politics whether by war or negotiation in other parts of the world
I cannot speak for JonPreston but, as for myself, I resent the waste of American prosperity funding a insane proxy war to protect the establishment's playground of kickbacks, no show jobs, and cheap prostitutes. Another thing that I resent is that NATO's ever eastward expansion is what started this war and could burn the world down.

Note on war games: most, if not all, begin with a preconceived outcome, further, only certain factors are considered and others are omitted entirely - done to achieve the outcome desired.
They are realistic only to the parameters input and the units manner and usage. Everything else is excluded. In short war games are not real and never work out in realty.
Also the ‘enemy’ is always described as stronger that they are and ‘friendly’ forces weaker than they are under the worst case scenarios.
