I agree completely. Our military dominance subsides NATO countries’ social programs. Quite simply, they don’t have to invest in their militaries the way we do and that frees tax dollars for social programs.
He sent anti tank javelins and other aid to Ukraine. He armed them and criticizes someone else who does the same.

Well, history may rhyme, but if it does, your example is irrelevant. Simply put, "Putin" doesn't rhyme with "Hitler", because Hitler had a competent military, that had no trouble conquering multiple countries, none of which were armed with nuclear weapons. Putin's 'clown car' military, on the other hand, couldn't even take Kiev - and any attack on NATO forces backed by nukes would amount to national suicide.
But boy howdy, that doesn't stop the drama queens on FR from bringing up Hitler at every opportunity - one guy told me that he couldn't "help but wonder how much more it’s going to cost us when after Ukraine Russia takes Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and down to Serbia." Oh you betcha - those dang Ruskies have been bogged down in Ukraine for almost a year, but apparently it's just a ruse, and any day now those Russian Super Men will be attacking NATO, and rolling tanks through Warsaw, Prague, and Budapest, on their way to Paris, Rome, and London next week!
Did I mention that the under-funded, under-trained, under-equipped, and completely corrupt Ruskie military couldn't even take Kiev? They're so pathetic, we probably could have sent that $100 billion to Russia instead of Ukraine, and they still wouldn't be a threat to NATO...

You left out the part where Russia abolished the Communist Party along with the Politburo and now has a Bicameral Parliament with the upper house the Federation Council and the lower house the State Duma. That's no Communism connected to government. Unfortunately they do have professed Communists plaguing them just as we do.
