Ukraine is finally getting the Western-made tanks that it wants, but there's still a few big items on its wishlist. Kyiv says the next thing it wants is fighter jets.
"We have new tasks ahead: Western-type fighter jets, sanctions, Peace Formula implementation," Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said after Germany announced on Wednesday it would send Leopard 2 main battle tanks, a decision that followed weeks of mounting pressure by European countries.
Yuriy Sak, an advisor to the Ukrainian defense minister, concurred, telling Reuters that "the next big hurdle will now be the fighter jets." Some others, however, have pointed to long-range missiles.

Their cause is just. The Ukrainian people overwhelmingly support what Z is doing and are willing to fight. Most of the West supports Ukraines cause as well. And on the other side is Iranians, North Korea, Venenzuala, and China. You are known by the company you keep.
You did an excellent analysis concerning Ukraine, and Russias appetite for land-grabbing many other European free nations.
And yes, Biden just changed policies concerning the border.
It could be changed back to normalcy with someone like Trump in the White House.

BTW, Putin hasn't really unleashed his military, he so far has used mercenaries and contractors. If he wanted to, Ukraine would have fallen within days last year.

This is pretty much how a NATO v Russia war will play out. Certain Eastern European nations will be the ones providing the ground troops. A big difference right now is there is no air support and that, in a NATO war, will be handled by U.S and other western nations. Also, Russian targets would expand beyond Ukraine and vise versa. It could happen.

Dont need to. It evident. The Ukrainians are fighting and are holding back the Russians. If they were not against the Russian invasion the govt would crumble like Iraq did when we invaded and lile afghanistan did when we left.

Actually it’s the contrary of what you said.
Russia attacked Ukraine EXCLUSIVELY with the Russian Army during the first months of the war. They got smashed. They also lost TWO huge regions that Ukrainians managed to take back. Russias army seemed to be in very bad shape, under-equiped, drunk soldiers, low moral, disorganized leadership with Russian high commander being sacked so many times I have stopped counting....
Thats why they finally asked Wagner to do their job. But the Wagners got trounced as well, thousands killed.
Thats why they had to try to find new cannon fodder. They found some of that in Russian prisons.
BTW. Wagner has STILL not managed to take anything in Ukraine - “niet”.

When it comes to the Russian fleet, they lost their most famous ship the “Moskva” and many others. They had to retreat from the whole area they were operating in, because their ships were being sunk the one after the other.
Russia is depleting itself in Ukraine. More than 100.000 Russian soldiers killed in less than a year. Thats more than twice what America lost in the 10 year long Vietnam war.

We destroyed it to satisfy the same people thirsting for more war in Ukraine. As for justification, I must have missed the part where Putin or any other leader has to give you or any other Zelensky cheerleader a reason for anything they do.

Bottom line is I want want what the Ukrainian people want. As it stands now, the vast majority of Ukrainians want the Russian invaders out. They are just in wanting it and con tinue fighting for it. Because of this and the fact that Russia is our enemy by virtue of their nuclear arsenal pointed at us, I fully support arming Ukraine as does the majority of Americans and the free world. If the Ukrainians seem to believe they would rather die on their feet then live on their knees. Something that FRr hear no longer believe in themselves.
