DR Evil is all those things and more. But I don’t think she has enough power to be pulling ALL the strings. Obama, Hillary, et al., could/would have her pushing up daisies in a skinny minute if she tried to override their long-term goals.

Her main thing seems to be FLOTUS centered and the glamor that comes with it. Others are true believers and are ideology centered.
