The US and its Western allies are realistically bankrupt with unpayable debt they’ll never be able to pay down, so how do you expect them to finance these various military adventures? How has that neocon foreign policy worked out for us so far? Trillions down the hole only to tuck tail after a bunch of goat herders chased us out of Afghanistan after 20 long years. A land war isn’t feasible against either one of these countries, so do you propose using nukes? I swear some of you war mongers are totally out of your minds and divorced from reality.

I propose keeping US troops and operations in dangerous parts of the world as we continue to do in places such as Korea, Germany and elsewhere.

I think forfeiting Kandahar as an airbase is one of the dumbest moves made in military history.

Please thank your and Jon Preston’s hero Joe biden for that.

Biden did exactly what you all would like in your ‘not a war monger’ mentalities.

It would have been easy to give Afghanistan back while keeping eight strategic air bases and say ‘don’t touch’— as in we kill you if you do. They would be left alone like many other strategic assets we have all around the world but you all pretend we don’t .
