The real meat of his entire speech is his attack on climate change and how it is the poor in Asia, Latin America, etc. who will bear the brunt of "saving the planet" AND how they, the poor, cannot be expected to bear that burden.

As an aside, he points out that the UK contributes only 2% of the ingredients that cause climate change and therefore there is nothing--NOTHING--the UK can do that will matter.
