We had a Dr. Tran - son of an ARVN vet - on staff at our community hospital.
His behavior became totally aberrant and we put him off the staff.
He became a recluse - keeping poisonous snakes for pets.
He died in a shootout with the police at his home in Charles County Md. about 3 years ago. Weird dude.

I wanna know how, whether or not this is a “hate-crime” is germane to the murder and mayhem which occurred? And, really, does it matter whether or not the firearm used was lawful in any respect? What a load of crap! Ten people dead and ten people maimed and this Sheriff thinks people give a shite about that?
