If what’s pictured is the new vehicle, then yes it resembles a dune buggy or a jihad hit and run vehicle. There appears to be zero armor, much like the old US military Jeep.

I’ve often wondered if getting rid of the military Jeep was a mistake, as they cost pennies compared to what’s in use today. They are light weight, and can be fast with the right engine and be a good match for that “dune buggy”.

However the more expensive a vehicle is, the greater the contract price is and the greater amount that can be skimmed off as graft.

Agree. Most 3rd worlders just use Toyota pickups with some minor mods. Solid reliability and easy logistics.
I’d be interested to know what engine/trans/axles this buggy is using.
