Former President Donald Trump lashed out at evangelicals for not supporting his latest presidential campaign, saying it was a “sign of disloyalty” after he appointed three conservative Supreme Court justices and made their long-held dream of overturning Roe v. Wade possible.
Trump, 76, told Real America’s Voice’s “The Water Cooler” Monday that the religious bloc of voters who were key to his 2016 victory have not yet come out to back his 2024 White House bid.
“That’s a sign of disloyalty,” Trump told host David Brody. “There’s great disloyalty in the world of politics, and that’s a sign of disloyalty.”

yes... homosexuality is his achilles heel...
I think his 15 minutes have expired.
This is to you Donald Trump. I am an evangelical. I don’t have a very high income - well under 35K. I have sent you support and may again. I will definitely be voting for you and clarifying to others what you stand for.
I have not and will not be sending money (for the time being) to any politician. The $ I set aside for political races go to organizations such as Judicial Watch and True the Vote to stop the voter fraud. It is rampant with more voters on roles in states and counties than there are people of voting age.
I became a trained poll watcher in this past election to help try and stop the fraud. As far as I am concerned that is the number one issue in elections right now.
Git ‘em Donald!
And this has what to do with his comments?
“What is it with you Trump haters, “
You are really getting boring with the same posts over and over again.
Any reasonable criticism of Trump does not make one a Trump hater. Get over it.
“It was only 2 years ago we had a great economy. EVERYONE knows it.”
Try telling that to the people who count the ballots in Michigan, Arizona, etc.
I have a feeling Mike Pence is being run to siphon off some of Trump’s evangelical supporters.
Trump faulted pro-lifers.
Trump is now faulting evangelicals.
That is enough to make me very very concerned about how he would treat the priorities of pro-lifers and evangelicals if he got a second term.
It seems that he would claim that they were disloyal to him and that he therefor owed no loyalty to their priorities.
I respect and appreciate what he accomplished as President and always will.
However, it is very very clear that the Republican candidate for President in 2024 needs to be someone else.
Not a GOPe hack, though some falsely claim that that is the only alternative.
DeSantis would be a great President.
Hawley would be a great President.
Rand Paul would be a great President.
“Trump delivered for Catholics, Evangelical Christians and Orthodox Jews. That should earn him loyalty. He’s right about that.”
There is a difference between respect and loyalty.
Oh brother...”disloyal”...you think he’s king or something?? I remember the days BTR(Back to Reagan)..:)
I owe Trump or any other politician NOTHING. They owe We the People...leadership, vision, and the ability to articulate what they are going to try and do for this country. Anything less then they are just a demagogue stirring up the populace to no useful end and doing nothing for America.
Not if he trashes them.
I doubt it if they are “friends” if they never voted for him. Now most are likely conservatives, which means they should have. However conservatives are not solidly aligned come voting time, like the rats are. As a result single issue voters will not like a candidate’s stand on some issue and let the whole damn country slide into the toilet because of it.
That’s why the rats keep winning and we keep losing. NO UNITY. So Trump has nothing to lose my scolding these dimwits.
A lot of Christians have religious objections to those DNA-modifying injections he’s so proud of too. All of this has burst out into the open since the last election.
True colors = rainbow.
He can not win the 2024 Presidential election.
Well said.
Just shut up, Trump.
Maybe if you weren’t an obviously flawed sinner, and defensively stubborn about it, you’d have more support there.
I am grateful your picks were numerous enough and good enough to shockingly overturn Roe. But that doesn’t mean I or anyone else has to continue supporting you over the vast forest view of your approach.
“You can bleat about Patriots all you want but I’ll bet 99% of the people here are Patriots but that doesn’t mean they are blind followers. Trump needs to show us he has a plan with specifics and not more of his generalities...that isn’t gonna cut it this time around.”
99% may be patriots but 50% do not know how to be objective. Evaluating Trump for his great deeds and his sometimes cringeful errors does not make one a Trump hater.
Right.
