These documents are just a distraction from the real corruption. A million bucks a month for a no-show professorship paid by the CCP through the UPenn Biden Center. That is the more important story but it will probably be ignored with all the “theater” over this.
The GOP House should focus on the “job” Biden was given by the CCP.

It’s not hard to make Joe Biden look bad — when Joe Biden is around to do it himself.
Amid Tuesday’s furor over news that classified documents had been found in a suite of Washington, D.C., offices Biden used in his post-vice presidency period, damaging video from a 2018 interview resurfaced that shows Biden declaring he had no access to “classified information.”
As it turns out, classified information wasn’t all that far away. Check out this snippet of Biden’s conversation with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell.

The Special Prosecutor was originally nominated as US Attorney, Maryland District, by Trump.
I mostly agree with the article, except this statement.
Neither Trump or Biden may be charged for this issue - classified document handling - but there are other charges still being looked into by the Trump special prosecutor.
Maybe Dershowitz wasn't referring to that full context with his statement, but he should have been. The other charge they really want to pin on Trump is Insurrection, because a legal argument can possibly be made that it disqualifies him from running for office again.
Insurrection would be a very difficult charge to make, in an honest setting, but it is likely the DC court system we're talking about. If not Insurrection, then they may shoot for "Disrupting an official proceeding one" and have the media try to conflate the two.
But the point of the Biden special counsel is most likely just to give the impression that they're treating Biden fairly, even though they're not. And maybe coerce him into something behind the scenes, but no perp walk is forthcoming for any sitting President.
Steve Bannon made this exact claim on his show today. Chances are he's already got some advance intel. Wish those guys would let things out quicker, but it is the game they all play.
Special Prosecutors, take years, and issue a report. OH NO, Biden is scared. He will be soiling his deydies by then.
Dershowitz likes the party life on Epstein Island, or he did.
For that matter, they raided Trumps attorneys offices and stole ALL information they could get their hands on. For how many others, and what blackmail info they got from them, no one can know.
