Maybe Joe’s confused and means he made a minyan and put on tefillin very day. Yeah, that’s the ticket. He just got confused because everyone there wore black. I’m sure that’s what he meant.
He doesn’t know who he is. He just says and does what he’s told...well, that is, he attempts to; most of the time he screws that up, too.
