The logical explanation of the timing is that Biden had cleaners vacuuming every location he had occupied to destroy all incriminating docs before slow-witted Republican Congressional committees get around to issuing subpoenas.
Republicans need to be identifying who the cleaners were so they can put them on the stand and ask who sent them, who gave them hints on where to look, what else the cleaners found and destroyed, what else they found and relocated (to lawyers you can be sure), etc.
