Personally, I think the guy went a little overboard but that's for a jury to decide. If I were on that jury, I would support an acquittal or a "no bill". And I would also support legal sanctions against the DA who would be stupid enough to attempt a prosecution.
The "criminal justice" system is not protecting us. The people running the system have no intention of protecting us. That problem must be corrected.

They have a good pic of him standing next to his red truck. It shouldn’t be too hard for the law to find him. SOMEONE knows who he is…
I have mixed emotions about this. While he stopped the bad guy and everybody got there stuff back, he may have set himself up for a murder charge.
But that’s Florida- I’m in Illinois, what do I know?
