The assistant trainer (might have his title wrong) apparently was the major hero in this. I’m sure most would do the same but it does seem like he just didn’t give up. I’m to understand the cpr was very lengthy.
According to the guys on WFAN every NFL team has a person out there whose only job is to “keep a downed player breathing” That’s what saved this guy.
