If there are 3 missing votes, then the bar is 216 votes to win. With Republicans having 224 seats, McCarthy can lose 6 votes and still win.
At this point he has 1 vote to give.
The holdouts now stand at six votes against McCarthy. Only the Dems not voting/voting present can give McCarthy a win.
