The critical number is the whack that they put on Boebert's turnout in Mesa - knocked her down to 76% of her 2020 total.

I suspect that many of her votes ended up in the circular file.

You can see that she has normal midterm turnout in most of the rest of the counties.

Some of the counties have 100% or greater turnout for the Democrat in 2022, when compared to 2020 - which is highly abnormal for a midterm [not more than 100% of registered voters, just more than turned out in 2020].

Usually, a midterm turnout will be lower than a presidential year.
