Kari Lake calls for a recall of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors

The "judge" literally threw out most of the lawsuit, and left a couple of contentions so he could pretend that there was a "case" that he was trying:

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson ruled that Lake can go to trial Wednesday and Thursday with two of her 10 claims, which allege misconduct with ballot printers and problems with ballot chain of custody.

You can pretend it wasn't Calvinball - but it was Calvinball.

The big-city stooge-judges stooge for the puppeteers who appointed them.

You seem to have an amusing detachment from the real world, and have substituted what the TeeVee is telling you about the Fake World it "reports" on as your reality.

Making speculative conclusions from vote totals between different years is not evidence of anything. It’s just your unexpert opinion.

When the vote-riggers switched from using a "Democrat-friendly county vote-pumping" scheme in 2016 to a brute-force IT solution in 2020, I would say that noticing that fact would come under my expert opinion, which is "database manager & programmer analyst".

Unless you have years of experience with election data specifically, you would not be admitted as an expert witness in court. You can call yourself whatever you want.

Lake herself did not produce any actual evidence or eyewitness testimony of malfeasance. This is what the judge asked her to do. She totally failed to do this. Did not produce anything other than uninformed speculation. Show me in the transcript if you dispute this.

If Lake keeps digging into it in a real way rather than just throwing irrelevant spreadsheet speculations at the wall, perhaps she could find some real substantive witnesses or facts. She’s had more than 2 months to do so and has not. I welcome her to find it if it exists.

I personally disregard freepers who have a "sketchy" posting history - like yours.

They always seem to have some sort of hidden agenda.

BTW - I do the FR updates on the Article III federal judge articles, so I know what a clown show the judiciary is.

Don't try to convince that they're anything but a bunch of black-robed clown-tyrants who jerk their thumbs over their shoulder at their gunthugs if anyone DARES to question their partisan clown rulings.

My analysis of our current situation:

1. Keep your head down.
2. Collect the money they stole from you during your working years.
3. Make them regret it if they try to put their Fake Laws or Fake Government on you.

Once more - you seem to have missed the part where a partisan "judge" (stooge) played Calvinball with the issues he was willing to examine, in order to get his pre-determined "outcome".

I reject your framing of the "judge's" stooge play.

There's a reason that the Democrats finally gave up the Consent Decree of 1982 - they finally got all their stooge judges lined up in all the places that mattered.

I do attempt to understand others perspective. I do ask here in a sincere attempt to understand but instead of answers I get called names and accused of trolling.

I do not think I called you any names or accused you of trolling. I think it is entirely possible for there to be people who do not agree with me on some topic to be sincere in their disagreement. When this happens, I usually think it is because they have not seen the information I have seen, or they have not weighted it to the same value I have given it.

For example, I consider this 42% of the ballots being wrong sized in Republican heavy areas of Maricopa county to be at best, massive incompetence, and at worst, a deliberate effort to manipulate the vote totals by sowing chaos in Republican heavy polling places.

Regardless of the cause of it, I consider it sufficiently serious to warrant a do-over election because the original one was ruined by this effect.

Clearly there are people that disagree, and I have difficulty understanding why they think this way, but I try to make my points without being antagonistic.

Often times it’s a matter of different verbage ie you are saying the same thing in a different manner.In the end it still might accomplish little, but a little is better than none.

I think that’s key, information and value we put on information. If folks here could talk to each other, instead of slinging insults we might find a middle ground. Instead we are split and fighting. It’s a hard way to make changes to the party or where it’s going when it boils down to “my way or the highway”
The ballots: Were they counted, hand counted? How was it handled after? If we had a do-over and she still lost, would we accept it?
It is not that I don’t find it strange or worthy of consideration, it’s that I wonder what a do-over will accomplish when so many folks believe that those who lost were cheated and those that won were ‘allowed to win’ by the same folks.
I don’t understand in the age of Ai why we can’t vote by phone or some other high-tech way that eliminates cheating and gives results in real time, by the minute (or second) instead of waiting days or weeks.
Obviously how we are doing it isn’t working. Both sides of the aisle claim cheating when they lose. There are more options than what we are currently focused on.
